The construction of the first phase began in October 2006. Its inauguration took place in 2007. The tower, composed of commercial premises, a food court, and offices, features fabric roof which won the world design award in its category in 2009.
The tower boasts bioclimatic architecture; within its space, the temperature is 1.5 degrees Celsius lower than in the rest of the shopping center.
